National Museum of Egyptian Civilization is a major museum in Cairo that showcases around 50,000 artifacts covering Egypt's history from prehistoric times to the present. Located in Old Cairo overlooking Ain El Sira Lake, it features a wide range of items including manuscripts, paintings, and antiquities. The museum officially opened on April 3, 2021, marked by the famous Pharaohs' Golden Parade, when 22 royal mummies were moved there from the Egyptian Museum.
